Cottage rental requires a deposit with the balance due on the day of arrival.

All houses are furnished and include cooking utensils, glasses, flatware, dishes, pillows and bedspreads. NOT FURNISHED are sheets, pillowcases, towels, blankets, and paper goods. Please bring your own. (Some linens are available on a rental basis in case of emergency.)

All houses have microwave ovens, stoves and refrigerators. Maximum number of occupants allowed for each house is listed. All over maximum will be charged proportionally according to the price of the house. Minimum will be $40.00.

Checkout time is 11:00 am on Saturday morning. Checkin time is after 2:00 PM on Saturday afternoon. If you arrive before 2:00 PM we cannot guarantee that your house will be ready.

When you Depart:
A. Wash and put away all dishes.
B. Take garbage outside to container.
C. Furniture must be returned to original position if moved.
D. Close windows and doors. Turn off all lights.

No Recreational Vehicle or Camper hookup is allowed, nor can these vehicles be parked at houses.

Garbage Collection & Recycling is done on Tuesdays & Saturdays. Plastic garbage bags should be put in garbage cans with lids sealed.

Our cottages and buildings are designated smoke free.

To be sensitive to other guests and nearby residences, we enforce an 11:00 p.m. noise curfew.

Renewal for next year is initiated by the Kapusinski Family in January. If you leave Huletts without paying your balance in full you will not be renewed the following year.
