Huletts Litigation Ends

We’re happy to announce that the litigation that has embroiled Huletts has been resolved and concluded through negotiations in a mutually beneficial way. To illustrate how successful these negotiations were: almost 140 individual owners, signed and acknowledged their acceptance of the comprehensive settlement agreement.

We believe that the positive results of this settlement will be a vibrant community with areas preserved and enhanced for future generations as well as remaining a vacation spot that so many return to again and again because they have found no other place like Huletts anywhere.

We would like to extend our thanks to all those who participated in a positive manner in bringing this to a conclusion. Hopefully, the fruits of your constructive efforts will be seen and enjoyed far into the future by all those who love Huletts Landing.
