An Aerial View
The First Aerial View

Earliest Known Arial View

This picture, from approximately 1925, is the earliest known aerial picture taken of Huletts. Do you notice anything different? Can you see any people in the picture? Through the use of some digital enhancements, we'll show you some things about this picture that you can't see easily with the naked eye. Scroll to the bottom of the page for answers.

Yes, this is the back of the Huletts Hotel.

There once was a bridge linking the two peninsulas that define the cove. Here it is.

There once also was a house where the caddy shack is. Don't believe us? See for yourself.

Is that a person captured by the photographer? We think it is.

Can you find the car in the original picture? We did but can't decipher the model.
